Return Policy

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval. To be eligible, products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers inspection, handling, and restocking costs.

If collection is required, it can be arranged at a rate of $1.25 per mile, calculated from ZIP code 34243. All collection charges are non-refundable.

Custom-manufactured products, installed items, or products showing signs of use, damage, or improper packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Request Procedure

  1. Submit a return request within 30 days of delivery by contacting customer support with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Await approval before returning any items. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Prepare the product by ensuring it is securely packaged in its original packaging and remains unused and undamaged.
  4. Arrange return or collection as instructed. If collection is required, applicable mileage charges will apply.
  5. Inspection and refund will be processed once the product is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued less any applicable restocking and collection fees.
