Products are covered by a limited warranty as outlined below, commencing on the date of delivery.

Structural Warranty

The aluminum pergola structure is covered by a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty applies solely to the primary aluminum framework when installed, used, and maintained in accordance with provided specifications and guidelines.

Electrical Components

Electrical components, including but not limited to motors, lighting systems, sensors, and control units, are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Exclusive Remedy

In the event of a valid warranty claim, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at our discretion, the repair or replacement of the defective component, or the provision of a replacement part.

This warranty does not cover labor costs, including but not limited to removal, reinstallation, or associated installation expenses, unless the original installation was performed by our in-house installation team.

Exclusions

This warranty expressly excludes coverage for:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or negligence
• Normal wear and tear, fading, or cosmetic changes due to environmental or atmospheric exposure
• Damage caused by acts of God, including but not limited to hurricanes, flooding, storm surge, windborne debris, or weather conditions exceeding engineered design limits
• Damage resulting from failure to follow maintenance or operating guidelines
• Commercial or non-residential use, unless expressly agreed to in writing

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must submit proof of purchase and a written description of the claimed defect. Photographic or additional documentation may be required. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
