Every installation is planned in advance to ensure a smooth experience and a high-quality result.
Prior to installation, the installation date and time will be pre-agreed with you. A member of our team will contact you in advance to confirm details, answer any questions, and ensure everything is prepared for the scheduled visit.
To avoid delays, please ensure the following requirements are met before our team arrives:
On the agreed installation date, our operatives will arrive with your pergola system and all required components.
Installation times vary depending on system size and configuration, but this will be discussed and outlined with you in advance so you know what to expect.
Once installation is complete, the team will ensure the area is left tidy and the system is ready for use.
It’s important that all installation requirements are met on the day. If our team is unable to proceed due to circumstances outside of our control, the installation may need to be rescheduled.
Where installation cannot proceed for reasons not attributable to us, a return visit and reinstallation may be chargeable at the applicable installation rate.
Clear preparation and communication ensure installation day runs efficiently and without disruption. Our team is always happy to confirm requirements in advance and help answer any questions ahead of your scheduled installation.
